Olofsfors Steel division expands and recruit in North America

“North America has the potential to become one of our largest markets in the future,” says Erik Sollén, Director of Sales and Marketing Wear Steel at Olofsfors AB.

Olofsfors AB has sold its wear steel products SHARQEDGES™ and BRUXITE™ in North America over the past 15 years. In addition to Olofsfors Inc in Canada, Olofsfors also has around 14 other dealers in the country.

“We currently sell our products in approximately 40 countries all over the world and North America has the potential to become one of our largest markets in the future, especially for the SharqEdges. Therefore, we have made a strategic decision to expand the organization”, says Sollén.

Cory Head grew up in Northern Alberta on a dairy farm and learned very early about a good, strong work ethic. Before Olofsfors he had run 2 of his own companies and received several awards, including one for Customer Satisfaction. In 2009, At Brandt Tractor, he achieved the highest sales for Olofsfors products and had the privilege to travel to its headquarters in Sweden.

“My past employment at Brandt Tractor and Prairie Coast Equipment has equipped me with a great set of skills and knowledge, and I really looking forward to work with a company like Olofsfors, with products of the highest quality”, says Cory Head, Area Sales Manager for Western Canada and the US.
